Yes, they are! So no need to worry if the weather takes a turn for the worst. You can choose to continue your picnic or give us a call and we'll take it from there.

With the warming sun rays beating down on you in the winter,the tent will heat up several degrees. For an even toastier environment just close the windows and door panels. To take it up a notch, you can opt for the space heater add-on.

Please refrain from climbing, leaning on, or moving any of Melanated Smiles' equipment from its designated setup location. Our equipment is solely intended for the agreed rental purpose. Anyone who chooses to use our equipment does so at their own risk.

As the client, you will be held responsible for any damage or injury that occurs during the rental period. 

As per NYC law, drinking of any alcoholic beverage in any NYC park is not permitted as well as any public space unless a permit is obtained.

As a reminder, you the client or the person who booked this event is responsible for any and all damages and injuries occurred during the allotted time of the picnic. Additionally, any damaged or lost equipment will incur a replacement fee. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our equipment remains in good condition for future events.

I'm a pet lover but not everyone feels the same so unfortunately pets are not allowed around the picnic equipment.
